Jason Kelly

Jason has a wealth of IT experience both in Europe and NZ is passionate about delivering great business outcomes for companies and making complex technical issues very simple to understand. Upon graduating from the University of Limerick, Jason started his IT career working for Dell in Ireland before moving on to work in a variety of internal IT roles for a number of large corporations both in London and Ireland.

He moved to New Zealand in 2008 and after a stint at Gentrack, he joined Spark and enjoyed 7 years there in a variety of roles including being a systems engineer, a service delivery manager helping set up their service desk and also corporate sales working with some of NZ leading brands. During his time at Spark, he was introduced to the Cisco Meraki product and saw the potential of what this new technology could do for businesses here in New Zealand.

He joined Securecom in 2017, attracted by the values the company lives by and the willingness of the company to innovate and work with companies to help them apply technology to solve real business problems. He is the architect of Securecom’s award winning TotalNet solution and works with many of NZ’s leading businesses to embed network solutions that are secure, cost effective and allow businesses to be more productive.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with partner Lucy and his toddler son, Finn. Jason lives in Huia and is a big part of the community, being treasurer of the local fishing club and likes nothing better than time on the water fishing when time permits.
